Using a combination of self-reflection and empathy, the ENVISION exercises will help you tell your brand story in a clear, compelling way and map out a fulfilling career path forward.

5 weeks of fun and engaging exercises will help you tap into a better understanding of yourself and your audience in order to design a unique personal brand and a fulfilling professional path. Each week we'll meet LIVE together on Zoom for a 1-hour session. You’ll have a bit of pre-work to do for each session, and we’ll stay connected via email throughout the course.
Week 1 BRAND BASELINE
What is your starting point for this work? What messaging is out there in the world about you today? What are your goals, passions, strengths?
Week 2 + 3 KNOW YOURSELF
Who are you and what do you stand for? What’s your unique personality and style? Why are people drawn to you? What makes you different from others? What are the principles you live by, the motivators that underly everything you do?
Week 4 + 5 KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE
Who are the important audiences you engage with professionally? What is their world all about and what matters to them? What do they say sets you apart? When they’re looking for someone like you, what do they need, want and aspire to? What defines the kind of people that you want to work with?
Week 6 + 7 KNOW YOUR PROMISE
What are the essential elements of your brand that your audiences care most about? What will be the foundational pillars that inform your actions and your messaging? How will you tell your brand story?
Week 7 + 8 KNOW YOUR PATH
How do you want to feel in your career? What gives you a sense of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment? What are the options for what’s next and how will you assess them and make them happen? How will you activate your brand in the world – what topics and platforms will be your vehicles?
